Proposed Right Whale Seasonal Speed Zones

This dataset represents proposed modifications to mandatory speed restriction areas (50 CFR Part 224.105) established to reduce the threat of vessel collisions with endangered North Atlantic right whales. Since the implementation of speed restrictions in
