Strategic Plan for the Alaska Regional Office of the NOAA Fisheries identifies our vision and maps out a strategy to focus energy and resources on areas of emphasis and improvement over the next five years (2022 through 2027).
The purpose of the Alaska Region Strategic Plan is to envision our future as an organization and identify intentional and proactive steps to realize that future. This strategic plan serves as an aid to help Alaska Region leadership make decisions on where and when to place resources to improve our ability to achieve our desired outcomes. It was created using input from, and knowledge of, our employees, partners, and stakeholders, and provides a vision, as well as actions to take, to ensure our continued success as an organization.
