Biological Opinion on the Approval of Florida Estuary Specific Numeric Nutrient Criteria under Section 303(c) of the Clean Water Act

NOAA Fisheries' biological opinion on the effects of the EPA' s approval of Florida estuary specific numeric nutrient criteria under section 303( c) of the Clean Water Act for total phosphorus, total nitrogen, and chlorophyll-a in 42 estuary segments on endangered and threatened species under NOAA Fisheries' jurisdiction and critical habitat that has been designated for those species.
