Biological Opinion - City and Borough of Sitka Gary Paxton Industrial Park Multipurpose Dock Project

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) proposes to authorize construction activities at the Gary Paxton Industrial Park  Multipurpose Dock Project, and the NMFS Office of Protected Resources Permits and Conservation Division proposes to permit Marine Mammal Protection Act Level B take of Steller sea lions and humpback whales in conjunction with the project. Solstice Alaska Consulting, Inc. is acting as the USACE’s designated non-federal representative for this consultation.
