Biological Opinion on the Provision of Financing of Eligible U.S. Goods and Services to be Used in the Mozambique Liquefied Natural Gas Project in Mozambique

The Federal action agency for this consultation is the Export-Import Bank of the United States (EXIM). EXIM proposes to provide financing of eligible goods and services on the high seas to be used in the Mozambique Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) project in Mozambique. This consultation and the resulting biological opinion, and associated ITS were completed in accordance with section 7(a)(2) of the statute [16 USC 1536 (a)(2)], associated implementing regulations (50 C.F.R. §§402.01-402.16), and agency policy and guidance. This consultation was conducted by the NMFS Office of Protected Resources (OPR) Endangered Species Act Interagency Cooperation Division.
