Summary

This multi-species HCP completed in July 1996 covers 11,334 acres of industrial timberlands in southwest Washington State. It takes an innovative approach to protecting riparian areas and slopes at risk for landslides, with a 50-year HCP term. NOAA Fisheries did not issue an Incidental Take Permit and did not issue a biological opinion because there are no ESA-listed fish in the HCP area.
