The model catch certificate form is used for recording harvest events, both wild-capture and aquaculture. This form consists of multiple parts—the justification for data elements and format for electronic reporting, the certificate for traceability harvest and landing receipt, model reprocessing certificate for traceability primary or secondary processing, and model transshipping certificate for traceability.
