Sinking Groundline Exemption Contour

The fisheries regulated under the Atlantic large whale take reduction plan are exempt from the requirement to have groundlines composed of sinking groundline if their groundline is at a depth equal to or greater than 280 fathoms (1680 feet or 512.1 meters) 50 CFR §229.32 (a)(4)
