The 2004 Final Alaska Groundfish Fisheries Programmatic Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement analyzed overarching management policies of the Fishery Management Plan for the Groundfish Fishery of the Gulf of Alaska and the Fishery Management Plan for the Groundfish Fishery of the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Area.
