Conditional Fishery Status for Salmon in Alaska - Federal Register Rules and Notices

NOAA issues this final rule to end the conditional fishery status for salmon in Alaska. The result will remove restrictions on the use of financial aid programs in said fishery. Many interested parties, including the Governor of Alaska, have urged this action.
