Incidental Take Authorization: Alaska Aerospace Corporation Space Vehicle and Missile Launch Operations at Kodiak Island, Alaska

NOAA Fisheries, upon the request of the Alaska Aerospace Corporation, has issued regulations governing the take of marine mammals incidental to space vehicle and missile launch operations on Kodiak Island, AK, over the course of five years (2017-2022). These regulations allow for the issuance of Letters of Authorization for the incidental take of marine mammals during the specified activities.
