NOAA Fisheries has issued an Incidental Harassment Authorization to the Partnership for Interdisciplinary Study of Coastal Oceans at the University of California Santa Cruz, to take marine mammals, by Level B harassment only, incidental to rocky intertidal monitoring surveys off the California and Oregon coasts.
