Incidental Take Authorization: White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad Dock Dolphin Installation in Skagway, Alaska
Summary
In accordance with the regulations implementing the Marine Mammal Protection Act, as amended, notification is hereby given that NOAA Fisheries has issued an incidental harassment authorization (IHA) to White Pass & Yukon Route (WP&YR) to incidentally take, by Level A and Level B harassment, seven species of marine mammals during the Railroad Dock dolphin installation project in Skagway, Alaska.
