Summary

Several individual applications for exempted fishing permits (EFPs) were received by NOAA Fisheries from the Florida Keys Commercial Fishermen's Association, from Salty Bones Fisheries Inc., and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission. If granted, the EFPs would allow the applicants, with certain conditions, to target lionfish by trap within waters of the Gulf of Mexico and South Atlantic.
