Summary

We, NOAA Fisheries, issue final determinations to list the Gulf of Maine distinct population segment (DPS) of Atlantic sturgeon (Acipenser oxyrinchus oxyrinchus) as a threatened species, and the Carolina, South Atlantic, New York Bight, and Chesapeake Bay DPSs as endangered species under the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
