Safe Handling, Release, and Identification Workshops
This workshop is designed to educate fishermen on the proper techniques for safe handling and release of entangled or hooked protected species, such as sea turtles, marine mammals, smalltooth sawfish, Atlantic sturgeon, and prohibited sharks.
If this is your first workshop, you must attend in person. If you have already attended an in-person workshop and need to recertify, you can choose between in-person and online workshops.
