Aleta A. Hohn, Ph.D.

Aleta Hohn, Ph.D. was director of NMFS Programs at the NOAA Lab in Beaufort, NC, from 2004-2020.  She is now in phased retirement and focusing on research using data and samples collected over the past 30 years, primarily on bottlenose dolphins.

Dr. Hohn has been conducting research on marine mammals since 1977. A listing of publications can be found at the link below.
