Analysis and Program Support

The Analysis and Program Support Division provides annual permits (vessel, dealer and operator) and other fishing authorizations that are required to participate in the Region's fisheries and maintains fishing vessel catch histories. The Division implements the limited access vessel permit programs and maintains the vessel eligibility and allocation records. The Division is also responsible for overseeing the region's transferable allocation programs, including the days-at-sea transfer program, individual fishing quota transfer programs, and scallop trip exchanges.
