Annie Masterman

Annie is from Togiak, Alaska, a Yup'ik village in the Bristol Bay region. Her primary role is to process fish, zooplankton, and phytoplankton for various biological analyses. Her secondary role is to assist in marine mammal surveys, predominantly humpback whales and harbor porpoises. Annie makes it a goal to share her cultural values and knowledge with her colleagues, and encourages her colleagues to do the same.
