Diana Cowan
Diana received her B.S. in Aquaculture & Fishery Technology and her Master of Education in Educational Leadership. She worked for the R.I. Department of Environmental Management (RIDEM) responding to the North Cape Oil Spill Restoration efforts assessing status and restoration of key bivalves along the coastline and the salt ponds. Then for the National Marine Fisheries Service, Northeast Fishery Observer Program as a domestic sea observer, and later working with observers qualifying and educating them on their data and the Program. Diana develops the TDQ Training Schedule, coordinates all training certification programs, and develops the curriculum and lesson planning for TDQ.
