Emily Farr

Ms, Farr started with NOAA Fisheries in 2017 in the Office of Habitat Conservation, where she continues to work on ecosystem-based fisheries management, partner engagement, and improving our understanding of the impacts of climate change on fish habitat. As the Acting Advisor for Regulatory Programs, she provides advisory support for the Deputy Assistant Administrator for Regulatory Programs. Prior to coming to NOAA, she worked on community-based fisheries issues in New England.
