Kiera Morrill, MSc

Kiera completed her graduate degree at the University of Maine in Marine Policy in 2022. Her studies focused on the intersection of social wellbeing and ecosystem health in Northeast fisheries, specifically Maine’s lobster industry. Prior to her studies she spent over two years in Los Santos, Panama as a Peace Corps Volunteer where she was  responsible for collaborating with various political and cultural stakeholders and streamlined climate adaptation techniques. Kiera implemented conservation strategies to train regional farming communities in the sustainable use of natural resources, including reforestation and organic farming.
