Maksim “Max” Litvinskiy
Max came to NEFSC from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) where he worked as an IT Specialist for the Real Estate Assessment Center, serving as a senior application developer and recently as a security officer. Prior to working at HUD, he worked for the U.S. Army as a civilian doing network administration and software & application development. He holds a Master of Science in Software Engineering from University of Maryland University College. Max leads the Northeast's Infrastructure Branch, which includes network/infrastructure and service desk teams.
