Stephanie Owen is a scientific analyst (contractor) for the Ecosystem Dynamics and Assessment Branch. Her work integrates ecosystem and socioeconomic factors into the stock assessment and management process. Stephanie received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and recently graduated with her M.S in Coastal Sciences from the University of Southern Mississippi, where she evaluated the impacts of climate change and offshore wind on clam fisheries in the Northeast Shelf.
