A free outdoor event for all ages to celebrate our coasts and ocean. There will be games, prizes, and opportunities to connect with New Jersey's environmental organizations. Join us for a fun day and learn about how you can help our planet!
Join us for the James J. Howard Lab’s 22nd annual Ocean Fun Days! This free, in-person event takes place Saturday, May 17 at Island Beach State Park and Sunday, May 18 at NJ Sea Grant Consortium, Sandy Hook from 11 a.m. until 3 p.m. both days. The celebration will be held outdoors, rain or shine. Both locations have parking, bathrooms and are wheelchair accessible. Food available for purchase at both locations.
Remember to keep our parks clean and leave only footprints! For everyone's safety, please follow all government COVID guidelines regarding face coverings and social distancing. Check with your healthcare providers for more advice if you have any concerns.
