Prescott Grant Reporting Requirements for Award Recipients
Semi-annual progress and financial reports and a final summary report are required for all Prescott Grant award recipients.
Progress Reports
Due Dates
Progress reports are due no later than 30 days following each 6-month period of the award. Report due dates are based on the start date for the award as indicated on the SF-424 (which is part of the grant application) – not when funds are initially received.
Content
Progress reports should include the following information:
- Grant number.
- Federal, match, and total amount of the grant.
- Project title.
- Grantee (named on award agreement).
- Award period.
- Dates covered by the report.
- Summary of progress to date, including descriptions of tasks scheduled for the period and accomplished during the period. Please give an explanation of special problems and differences between scheduled and accomplished work.
Submission
Progress reports should be submitted via Grants Online. Please note that the recipient agency’s authorized representative will need to approve the report and forward it to NOAA before it can be reviewed. For assistance with Grants Online, please contact the helpdesk at (240) 533-9533.
Final Report
Due Dates
Final reports are due 120 days from the award end date.
Content
The final, comprehensive report must cover all work completed during the award period and include the following information:
- Grant number.
- Federal, match, and the total amount of the grant.
- Project title.
- Grantee (named on award agreement).
- Award period.
- Project objectives and goals.
- Detailed descriptions of project work plans and work that was completed.
- Identification of individuals and/or organizations that performed the work and collaborated with the grantee.
- Details of actual project accomplishments and their significance.
- List of all biological samples collected and their disposition (if applicable).
- Identification and discussion of significant problems or biases that may have resulted in less than satisfactory results.
- Description of need or any plans for additional work on this project.
- Description and analysis of the extent to which the project goals and objectives were or were not met.
- Any explanation of changes to the goals and objectives.
- Explanation of how the project results have been or will be disseminated.
- Summary of expenditures by cost category.
Submission
As with progress reports, final reports should be submitted via Grants Online. Financial Reports
