September 4, 2020: NOAA Seafood Inspection Program releases guidance on the performance of on-site activities during the pandemic
March 27, 2020: NOAA Fisheries launches COVID-19 webpage on fisheries related issues.
March 19, 2020: NOAA Fisheries Office of International Affairs and Seafood Inspection releases stakeholder statement as it relates to seafood inspections.
March 13, 2020: USDC moves to enhanced employee telework but seafood inspection services continue without disruption. Services are as follows but not limited to:
- Audits and certifications
- Product inspections and grading
- Export health and catch certification
- Consultative services
