Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery: Default Management Measures for Fishing Year 2025

NMFS is announcing that the 2025 default measures approved under Framework Adjustment 38 to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan will go into effect on April 1, 2025. Default measures will remain in place until Framework Adjustment 39 (Framework 39) to the Atlantic Sea Scallop Fishery Management Plan is implemented (if approved).
