This emergency action implements interim measures for the Northeast Multispecies FMP for fishing year 2025. This action sets ACLs for groundfish stocks, approves sector operations plans and ACEs, and sets common pool TACs and possession limits.
Commercial fishing is no longer prohibited from 50–200 nautical miles around Johnston Atoll and Wake and Jarvis islands, pursuant to a new Presidential Proclamation.
