NOAA Fisheries submits biennial reports to Congress on the use of federal assistance provided to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission and the Atlantic Coast states. This report contains an evaluation of the success of the funded activities in implementing the Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act for fiscal year 2021-2022.
