This document represents NOAA Fisheries' opinion on the U.S. Navy continuing military training exercises and testing activities in the Northwest and the effects on ESA-listed species and the critical habitat that has been designated for those species.
The opinion and incidental take statement were prepared by NOAA Fisheries Endangered Species Act Interagency Cooperation Division in accordance with section 7(b) of the ESA and implementing regulations at 50 CFR 402. This document represents NOAA Fisheries' opinion on the effects of these actions on endangered and threatened species and critical habitat that has been designated for those species.
