Biological Opinion on Environmental Protection Agency Pesticides General Permit for Discharge of Pollutants into U.S. Waters

NOAA Fisheries' biological opinion on the EPA's reissuance of its Pesticides General Permit (PGP) and the effects on U.S. waters, threatened and endangered species, and the designated critical habitat for these species.

This document represents NOAA Fisheries opinion on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's reissuance of its Pesticides General Permit (PGP) authorizing discharges of biological pesticides and residues from chemical pesticides (together, pesticide pollutants) to waters of the U.S. and the implications of these discharges for threatened and endangered species and their designated critical habitat under NOAA Fisheries' jurisdiction.
