Biological Opinion on EPA Approval of Water Quality Standards under Section 303 of the Clean Water Act

NOAA Fisheries evaluates whether the EPA approval of certain water quality criteria and limits on the mixing zones for discharges of sediment to waters of the U.S. is likely to jeopardize endangered and threatened species or destroy or adversely modify designated critical habitat.
