This document represents the opinion of the NMFS, Office of Protected Resources, ESA Interagency Cooperation Division regarding the effects of the proposed action on North Atlantic Distinct Population Segment (DPS) of green turtle (Chelonia mydas), Kemp's ridley turtle (Lepidochelys kempii), leatherback turtle (Dermochelys coriacea), Northwest Atlantic Ocean DPS of loggerhead turtle (Caretta caretta), Gulf sturgeon (Acipenser oxyrinchus desotoi), designated critical habitat for the Northwest Atlantic Ocean DPS of loggerhead turtle, and designated critical habitat for Gulf sturgeon.
