Biological Opinion on the O’Connell Bridge Lightering Float Pile Replacement, which includes the removal of six existing 16 -inch diameter piles, replacing them with six 16-inch diameter piles that are more deeply socketed at the O’Connell Bridge Lightering Float (float) located in Sitka Sound, Sitka, AK, so that it can be used by large vessels.
