Environmental Assessment of Amendment 14 to the Fishery Management Plan for Groundfish of the Gulf of Alaska

The seven topics to be reviewed in this environmental assessment are:

1. sablefish gear regulation
2. rockfish quotas and management areas
3. establish a reporting system for catcher/processor vessels
4. changes in OY values
5. halibut prohibited species catch limits (PSC) on domestic trawlers
6. implementation of NOAA Fisheries habitat policy
7. sablefish fishing seasons

Each of these topics will be presented as chapters of this document.
