Under the Endangered Species Act, we are responsible for pulling threatened and endangered salmon back from the brink of extinction and returning them to sustainable levels.
Salmon contribute to our culture, feed our families, and support jobs in the fishing fleet and beyond. They support recreation and give back to our ecosystem by providing nutrients to other animals, forests, rivers, and oceans.
