Efficacy of Rehabilitation

How we are using the information: support for limited rehab policies, conduct post-release monitoring of rehabilitated animals to evaluate the success of the rehabilitation process (this data is collected via the rehabilitation disposition form and continued research studies). Rehabilitation of marine mammals allows Stranding Network partners to receive handling and rehabilitation experience especially if needed to intervene and rehabilitate an ESA listed species.
