Final Rule to Authorize the Reintroduction of Central Valley Spring-Run Chinook Salmon in the Upper Yuba River

NOAA Fisheries is issuing a final rule to designate and authorize the release of Central Valley (CV) spring-run Chinook salmon in the upper Yuba River upstream of Englebright Dam. We are also announcing the availability of a Final Environmental Assessment (EA) for the final rule.
