Incidental Take Authorization: U.S. Coast Guard Air Station Port Angeles' Pier Maintenance and Bank Stabilization in Port Angeles, WA

NOAA Fisheries has issued an incidental harassment authorization to the U.S. Coast Guard to incidentally harass marine mammals during construction activities associated with pier maintenance and bank stabilization at USCG Air Station Port Angeles, Port Angeles, Washington. There are no changes from the proposed authorization in this final authorization.
