Incidental Take Permit to Midwest Biodiversity Institute

Midwest Biodiversity Institute (MBI) has been issued a permit for the incidental take of ESA-listed shortnose sturgeon (Acipenser brevirostrum), Atlantic sturgeon (Acipenser oxyrinchus oxyrinchus), and Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar). The takes would be attributed to otherwise lawful sampling of non-ESA listed fish in the middle and lower Kennebec River and the Sebasticook River in Maine. The permit is issued for a duration of 10 years.
