Negligible Impact Determination and MMPA Section 101(a)(5)(E) Authorization for CA Thresher Shark/Swordfish Drift Gillnet Fishery

NOAA Fisheries issued a permit for a period of 3 years to authorize to the incidental, but not intentional, take of specific Endangered Species Act-listed marine mammal species or stocks under the Marine Mammal Protection Act, in the California thresher shark/swordfish drift gillnet fishery and the corresponding high seas component of the fishery as defined on the MMPA List of Fisheries as the Pacific highly migratory species drift gillnet fishery.
