Summary
This Supplemental PEA (SPEA) is to evaluate potential direct, indirect and cumulative effects of new research or changes in research since 2018 that were not analyzed in the Final Programmatic Environmental Assessment (PEA) for Fisheries Research Conducted and Funded by the Northwest Fisheries Science Center. This SPEA includes the latest available information on proposed research planned for the period 2023 – 2028 and tiers from the original 2018 PEA to focus “... on the actual issues ripe for decision, and exclude from consideration issues already decided or not yet ripe” (40 CFR 1501.11).
