Project:In August, northern fur seals on the Pribilof Islands will be equipped with satellite tracking instruments and video cameras to examine the influence of prey distribution and abundance on fur seal foraging behavior. The results of this study will provide insights into relationships between fur seals and their primary prey, walleye pollock, during the critical summer breeding period.
