Michael Holley

Michael Holley brings over 17 years developing enterprise applications. He started his federal career in 2018 as an IT Specialist and lead developer for SEFSC. Some of his career highlights include working with the State of Mississippi developing a procurement system, developing an enterprise resource and planning system for a small manufacturing business and he worked with Wayne Hoggard as they birthed the Vessel Operations Program - Float Plan system which has grown and is widely adopted across all NOAA. In addition to his technical experience, he brings 13 years of leadership experience, leadership development and executive membership for a local non-profit.
