Rebekah Jones
Rebekah is the trusted agent, property custodian, fleet card manager, key master, and one of several purchase card holders for Auke Bay Laboratories. She assists with the security onboarding of non-federal employees, volunteers, and affiliates. She provides internal information updates to Auke Bay Laboratories staff by compiling and publishing the lab's Weekly Update newsletter, and keeping the org chart, phone list, and office assignment ledger up-to-date. In addition, Rebekah provides backup support for payroll, travel, and mail. Prior to joining the Alaska Fisheries Science Center team in 2019, Rebekah worked as a Park Ranger with the National Park Service and US Fish and Wildlife Service. She is a proud public servant with a fervent desire to support public lands and fisheries.
