There will be interactive booths from different NOAA line offices and programs including the National Weather Service, the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary, NOAA SeaGrant, NOAA’s Office of Aquaculture, NOAA’s Oceanic and Atmospheric Research, NOAA’s Restoration Center, NOAA Corps, and, NOAA Fisheries.
Learn how NOAA works to understand and predict changes in Earth’s environment to help protect people and property and to conserve and manage coastal and marine resources.
Tour Long Beach USD art gallery at the Aquarium. Local schools submitted their art under the theme of “Together We Can”, in the hopes of inspiring people to take action to reduce marine debris and help clean up our beaches and oceans.
