2024 Ecosystem Monitoring Survey in Photos
Survey scientists get to see all kinds of interesting things while working at sea. Here are some of the sights and scenes they experienced during the 2024 Ecosystem Monitoring Survey season.
The Ecosystem Monitoring Survey is one of the most comprehensive, ongoing programs tracking the oceanographic conditions and marine resources in the Northwest Atlantic Ocean. During the 2024 survey season, scientists from our science center captured their work, day-to-day life, and amazing moments in photos. This photo gallery highlights some of those experiences, illustrating what survey life is like when your office is a large floating marine laboratory. Learn more about the 2024 survey season in our scientists’ blogs.
