Southwest Fisheries Science Center Summer Internships

The La Jolla Laboratory partners with the San Diego Unified School District in an education program to help students learn about NOAA Fisheries Service research activities.
Summer Internships at the Southwest Fisheries Science Center are available for advanced high school students in San Diego that are able to work independently and are interested in marine science.
The Advanced Survey Technologies Program has partnered with The Marine Technology Society of San Diego to directly expand the horizons of local high school students and raise awareness for math, physics, and engineering careers in marine science
