Historic Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Pollock Fisheries Management
This final rule increases from 7 to 9 percent the percentage of pollock roe that may be retained by operators of catcher/processors and motherships processing pollock harvested in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area.

Notice of Receipt of a Petition from Oceana Seeking a Regulatory Program for Fisheries Observer Coverage of Bycatch
NOAA's decision on a petition for rulemaking under the Administrative Procedure Act. Oceana, petitioned the U.S. Department of Commerce to promulgate immediately a rule to establish a program to count, cap, and control bycatch in the US fisheries.
